Sears tower is an icon of Chicago. On several occasions, I have tried to get a miniature shot of the building. This one is my current favorite. Oh yes, I still like to refer to it as Sears Tower. 🙂
We were waiting to be seated at a restaurant. I took the picture of this curb side hibiscus flower against the background of city lights.
Dogs had the last dip in the pool before seasonal closure. The K9 Splash event was organized by K9Cola (more information) as a fundraiser. I had fun with a lot of friendly dogs.
Driving back from Chicago, I watched one of the best sunsets ever. Pulled out my camera while driving, set up the exposure and aperture, and handed to my young ‘camera assistant’. He followed my directions as I kept on driving. I think he did an excellent job. 🙂
